3rd - 9th - Have you ever read a Western? If so, do you enjoy the genre? (submitted by Billy @ Coffee Addicted Writer)

I do like Westerns. My introduction to them was actually the Little House on the Prairie book series. I think the first Western I read was a novelization of High Chaparral, but I hope you'll forgive me if that isn't correct, because it has been more than 55 years. 

Currently, I live in a literal ghost town on the northeastern Colorado plains. There are some 130 living people sprinkled among the ghosts. I write about my town sometimes on my poetry blog at
