About the Author
You’re in the right place if you like to read stories with a happily ever after. Leah’s stories have romance, suspense, and military elements, involving take-charge heroes and women who stand up for themselves and those they love. She writes characters who are sometimes humorous and always engaging as they evolve in their relationships.
Leah has traveled to various places around the globe, but Georgia is her home. She grew up in Atlanta and planned to be a television reporter or a successful author. After getting a Bachelor's in English and Communications, she worked at CNN for over a dozen years — sadly, she never managed to sit behind the anchor desk. As for writing, she has boxes of stories written years ago and more works in progress than she cares to divulge.
She lives with her husband and Cocker Spaniel in a small town in South Georgia and works full-time managing an insurance agency. All the kids have left the nest, so Operation Successful Author is in the works. When she’s not selling insurance or writing stories, she’s involved with local theatre productions and her church.
