About the Author
Maria J. Andrade was born in Ecuador, South America, and raised in New York and California.
After three decades, Maria retired as a licensed psychotherapist. She studied Amazonian shamanism in the 90s and when appropriate, used the principles in her private practice in psychotherapy.
After three decades, Maria retired as a licensed psychotherapist. She founded the Wise Women’s Circle a ritualistic and transpersonal study group where women support each other in healing and growth of mind, body, and spirit which continues to today.
