A Discovery of Faeries
The Immortal Brotherhood Book 2
When Noah Mason’s boss ventures into Faerieland and doesn’t return, he figures he ought to get her back before apocalyptic chaos reigns.
Lady Arabella is the only person on earth who can open and shut doorways to the mythical land of magic and terror, and if her power falls into the wrong hands, everyone’s screwed.
But, he’s not going alone.
The raven-haired Raina Black with her powerful Seer Stone is by his side, joined by Chinonso the Reaper and Thomas the Time Traveler. Unfortunately, they all must tolerate Raina’s double-crossing sister Trixie, as well. After her brush with dark magic, they don’t trust her to be left alone, and her gift with sorcery may come in handy.
In this second installment, the Immortal Brotherhood faces down otherworldly creatures, trying not to bring on the wrath of the Faerie Queen, while also outmaneuvering a secret society seeking to possess powers never meant for men. Throw into the mix a bloodthirsty serial killer with dangerous magic at his command, and the Brotherhood has their work cut out for them.

The Man Who Broke Time
The Immortal Brotherhood Book 3
Thomas Greenley, “The Time Traveler,” is the only person to ever master time with minimal side effects. Until he breaks it. Holding Bev hostage, Malachi Rundin forces Thomas to alter time to obtain a powerful weapon of destruction.
Though only Thomas can fix the broken timeline, he doesn’t know if he has the strength. Because waiting on the wrong side of that timeline is the love of his life—Pippa. But Thomas’s misstep puts his friends in terrible danger—unleashing an old enemy and throwing Faerieland out of balance and into turmoil.
In this third installment of the Immortal Brotherhood, Thomas must undo his mistakes and risk everything to put his world and Time itself back into balance. Meanwhile, Trixie must manage her new powers in Faerieland, help her friends flee the destructive ripples in time, and hold back the Faerie Queen's wrath.
Will Thomas choose true love or loyalty to time and The Brotherhood? Will Trixie find the good within herself and trust that it will not fail her as it has in the past?

Trixie hmmed and picked at a scone. “So, you just want to see if they can be in the same room, unwarded, and not interact explosively? Should we be doing this in your fancy tea room? I didn’t even want to sit on your spotless butt pillow. What happens if the rings blow the place to smithereens?”
“The Characters Most Immortal to me in the Immortal Brotherhood Series”
H.M. Jones
Writing the Immortal Brotherhood series with Alesha Escobar has been so much fun. From the get-go, though, the best part of writing this series was getting to know the characters, all of whom have so much to offer. So, when Alesha asked me which my favorite character to write in the series was, it was a very hard choice.
Noah was the first P.O.V I wrote, so his cocky, quirky and confident character will always have a place in my heart. Raina is so badass that it’s always a riot writing her into and out of sticky situations. Trixie, our evil gone good fairy-queen-in-training, is so snarky that she almost won my vote. I loved writing her quick wit and unclassy slip-ups. As much as I enjoyed writing everyone, from our type-A Lady to ethereal and sweet Chinonso, my heart will always be with two characters. Sorry, I couldn't pick one because they wouldn’t be the same without the other. My favorite characters to write were, hands down, Thomas and Beverly.
Here, I’m going to let readers in on a secret. Beverly was an unplanned character! For those of you who’ve followed the series, this might come as a shock to you because Beverly’s actions were integral in at least two of the books in moving the story forward. Beverly came to me when Alesha introduced me to a picture of what the Immortal Brotherhood’s mansion might look like. I thought to myself–that place is probably haunted, but by a classy ghost. Then, I laughed to myself and thought, “What if it was haunted by a teen!” I myself am haunted by my own teen. Okay, that’s my daughter and she just lives in the house with me. But, teens are amusing and challenging and I thought it would be funny to test Lady’s patience with one, just as mine is tested, daily. All of a sudden, I had this picture of a sassy, bubble-gum popping perpetually 70’s style phantom rolling her eyes and saying, “I’m not a ghost. I’m a phantom!” And Beverly was born. Alesha went wild for her, and I immediately fell in love with writing her. Her personality, more than any, came to me effortlessly. Her impossible crush on Noah came with her personality–a straight, young woman, just out of her early teens who hangs out with a self-assured pretty boy will probably fall for him in the most embarrassing way.
The funny thing is that I fell in love with writing Thomas because I first wrote his character when he and Bev were in a chapter together–the first meeting wherein Raina learns about the Brotherhood. His personality, too, just clicked for me, but it was, as it often is, in relation to Bev. I thought, “I’d love to see Bev have sort of a father figure/uncle figure in Thomas.” And that’s where their relationship blossomed. Their first interaction I wrote was when Bev is reminding Thomas, not for the last time, where he keeps his notebook (almost always in his back pocket). Thomas, forgetful as ever, thanks her in his ditzy way. In a later interaction, he quietly suggests that Noah take Bev’s feelings into consideration, sticking up for her as though it is his job to protect her as she protects him. They instantly had such a loving, innocent give-and-take that they were just so fun to write. As a matter of fact, one of my favorite chapters to write was the ones in which they are vampire hunting. It really showcased their bond. I was smiling the entire time I wrote those scenes.
Without spoiling the final book for readers, I will say that Thomas is very broken in it, and I don’t think it’s 100% because of his time traveling. I think a lot of it has to do with how his bond with Bev is broken in the previous book. As much as Thomas feels he needs his Pippa, I think readers can agree that Thomas and Bev needed each other to thrive like they did. Their characters were such a pleasure to write. I found myself smiling, laughing and crying over them. They will probably always have a place in my heart, no matter how many characters I pen.
